The story — Malika Boutique

01The situation

Malika Boutique is Iulia Moga's Arabic-perfume shop in Cugir — a hard-working entrepreneur who had tried other collaborations before and was giving things another chance.

02The diagnosis

She came with technical debt to clean up — including 404 errors quietly suffocating the site. She needed someone to repair the foundation, not build on top of it.

03What we built

We started on trust: a new Shopify theme, custom code, metafields, branding put in order. We fixed the 404s and brought in articles with interlinking. Sales from organic alone, no ads — "Naseem Arabic perfume" and "Hamidi Arabic perfume" rank in the top 3. She's now investing more and more in social media, reels and content — we automate together.

We don't publish individual client figures. What we can say honestly: this was a full Shopify rebuild — new theme, custom code, metafields, plus cleaning up inherited technical debt, including the 404 errors.
