A Shopify store with over 1,000 products, in a crowded fitness market, with its SEO infrastructure broken at the very foundation.

Active Protocol / Solution

We took over the store and rebuilt the indexation logic so the products get found correctly. The result: over 1,000 products indexed, in a competitive segment, with no money spent on ads. We track the position for "suplimente cluj" but no longer claim it: on 27 Oct 2026 the store dropped out of the top 3.

We track the position for the Romanian search "suplimente cluj" but no longer claim it: on 27 Oct 2026 the store came in at position 4 in all 3 samples, outside the top 3. We publish no business figures — sales, traffic — because we won't put our name under a number you cannot check yourself. Open Google, run the search, see for yourself.

We don't publish this project's figure. For a Shopify store with over 1,000 products, the price depends on product volume and the technical state at takeover — here, the SEO infrastructure was broken at the root.
