Which price applies to you
The prices on this page apply to projects outside Romania. They cover the additional cost of cross-border work: VAT handling under a different regime, invoicing and currency, timezone overlap, and the contractual and compliance overhead that comes with another jurisdiction.
If your company is registered in Romania, the Romanian price list applies — even if we run the entire project in English.
The criterion is where the company is registered, not the language we speak. We are saying this out loud because a price that changes based on who is asking is one of the things we criticise elsewhere. See the Romanian price list.

How it works
What happens after I choose a scope?
Submit your request via the contact form. We schedule a 30-minute call to understand your goals, audience, and vision — and define the final scope. Then you pay 50% and we begin immediately.
What's the payment structure?
50% upfront to start the project. 50% on launch. We accept bank transfers, card, and other methods. No hidden costs, no surprises.
Can I customize the scope?
That's exactly the point — nothing is fixed. Want more (e.g., extra blog articles, more social)? We quote it separately. Want less (e.g., no e-commerce)? We reduce the price. Complete transparency.
Do you fix my existing site, or only build from scratch?
Both — and we tell you honestly which one makes sense. If your site has a good foundation, we take it over and fix what the audit shows (speed, technical SEO, security) from €590, measured before and after. If it's cheaper to rebuild than to fix, we tell you straight, with numbers — we won't sell you repairs on a dead foundation.
How long until I see results?
The website? Live in 7–14 days. SEO? First meaningful gains in 3–6 months, mature commercial results within 12 months — nobody serious promises faster. Automation? Immediate. Email? From day 1. We set expectations correctly: organic growth takes time.
Is hosting included?
Yes — our own hosting is included, not a hidden monthly cost like with WooCommerce: 20GB NVMe SSD, unlimited email on your domain, free SSL, daily automatic backup, staging, CDN and an EU (GDPR) datacenter, with a 99.9% uptime target. Alongside Vercel, which we use where top performance is needed. Shopify is different: it needs no separate hosting — it’s bundled in the monthly subscription, and the platform handles security and scaling.
Do you offer post-launch support?
Standard support for 30 days after launch; Shopify Pro and React Custom include 3 months. After that: maintenance & monitoring from €20/month, depending on the platform. Full honesty: WordPress needs real maintenance (updates, security, backups); Shopify usually does NOT need classic maintenance — if you don't need it, we tell you rather than sell you a subscription.
Why do you publish prices when every agency hides them?
Because “quote on request” usually means “a price calculated from how much you seem willing to pay.” A published price forces discipline on us and gives you the power to compare. If a price here seems high, at least you know exactly what you’re buying — elsewhere you find out after signing.
I have a store with 1,000 products — what does it really cost?
Let's do the math in the open, with published prices: a base of €3,990 (covers the first 30 products handled completely) + 170 products × €12 + 800 products × €8 ≈ €12,400. It's a big number because it's big work: every product gets edited photos, alt text, a slug and a unique description — not a bulk import with the manufacturer's descriptions, which Google ignores. Anyone promising 1,000 “optimized” products for cheap is doing an import, not optimization.
I can't afford €1,890 — what's the path?
Three honest options: fixing your existing site from €590 (if the foundation is good), the compact site from €1,190 (5 pages on the same engineering foundation), or à la carte — start with what hurts most (a free audit shows you exactly what hurts). Then we grow at the pace of your business, not the contract.
My site is slow — do you fix it or does it need rebuilding?
The free audit decides, not the salesperson. The criterion is the foundation: if the structure is healthy and the problem is “just” speed, images, technical SEO — we fix it from €590 and you measure the difference in PageSpeed. If fixing would cost more than rebuilding, we tell you with numbers — we won't sell you repairs on a dead foundation.
What does “from” mean? When does the price go up?
The “from” price covers the scope described on the card — exactly what’s listed under “includes”. It only goes up if the scope grows (more pages, more products, custom features), and you find out BEFORE, with a number, at discovery. House rule: no surprise on the invoice that wasn’t on the quote.

The digital agency industry is full of empty promises. Here is what to watch for before you sign a contract.
Agencies promise you "high-speed optimization", yet their own website takes over 10 seconds to load. Tip: Always test the agency's own website with Google PageSpeed Insights before buying their speed services.
If they ask for your budget before giving you a reference price, you are being charged for how much money your company has, not for what the technical service itself is worth. Beware of "What's your budget?" forms.
Read the contract carefully: who owns the code, the hosting, or the ad accounts? If they are in the agency's name, you are in a forced rental and you are not building a digital asset for your company.
