The situation
Carpathian Jerky is George Cărpușor's Romanian artisan protein snack — beef, dried and slow-smoked, a complete source of protein and energy, from the heart of the Carpathians.

The diagnosis
He no longer believed in SEO — he'd heard enough empty promises. I approached him with a single sentence: "search Google for Romanian protein snack." We were already first, with AI Overviews. Proof, not talk.

What we built
After three months, once he saw the results held, we let execution run: custom code, flawless schema, cross-sell and up-sell sections, descriptions, maximum interlinking, guides and articles across categories and products. We dominated organically — results that still hold today, across all 18 subdomains.

System Failure / Challenge

George Cărpușor no longer believed in SEO — he had heard enough empty promises. His artisan protein-snack brand, from the heart of the Carpathians, needed a structure that could cover several markets and languages without the indexation fragmenting.

Active Protocol / Solution

We approached him with a single sentence: "search Google for gustare proteică românească" — he was already there, without having paid for it. Proof, not talk. After three months, once he saw the results held, we took the technical execution further: the international architecture across 18 subdomains, the JSON-LD structures, an FAQ layer marked up for answer engines, plus cross-sell, up-sell and interlinking. Content production and translations stayed with his team, on their own tooling, validated by us at every step — including diagnosing the Shopify Markets routing that was blocking an entire language. Questions about this project

Implementing the 18 international subdomains took 5 months. But before execution there was a proof stage: George no longer believed in SEO, so we didn't ask for trust — we showed him the result live on Google. Only after three months, once he saw the results held, did we run the full build: custom code, schema, interlinking, guides and articles across categories and products.
Two things, both checkable: the Google search "gustare proteică românească" (Romanian protein snack) — on 25 Jul 2026, in 3 measurements out of 3, the first organic result was our article about this product, on Fitness Library; the brand site fluctuated lower down and we do not claim it — and primary-source status in AI search answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok). The site is live at carpathianjerky.ro, with all 18 subdomains. We say "at the time of measurement" deliberately: search results move, and we promise permanent positions to no one.
It means that, when asked about its niche, AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) cited Carpathian Jerky as the primary source. We measured it with a 5-tries-average methodology: the same question asked five times, reporting the average — not the best attempt, which is what you do when the goal is a pretty screenshot. And we stamp the result with its measurement date, because AI answers change.
We don't publish this project's figure. The price of an international build is calculated on complexity: the number of markets and subdomains, the volume of content to translate and structure, the technical integrations (schema, hreflang, i18n automation). Our public pricing grid is at /preturi — that's where every conversation starts, and the final offer is a written calculation, not a number thrown out over the phone.
The client. The site, the domain, the subdomains and the accounts are Carpathian Jerky's property — that's how we work on every project. We build the infrastructure and hand it over; we hold nothing hostage to force a long-term engagement. If George chose another partner tomorrow, he would leave with everything that was built.
