System Failure / Challenge
A media agency that needed its own WordPress ecosystem. At handover, mobile started at Performance 56 and an 8.0s LCP, dragged down by heavy portfolio imagery.
Active Protocol / Solution
We delivered the ecosystem on WordPress + Astra and locked in the technical baseline that holds: CLS 0.00 and SEO 100, stable since launch. Optimising the portfolio images — the only lever that moves mobile LCP — is still the open front, and we report it rather than hide it. This is the one project where we publish the number before it is good; that was the deal from the start.
