The situation
Medheka is an occupational-medicine practice, led by a consummate doctor I met as a patient myself — at my own occupational-medicine assessment, in my role as an IT Specialist.

The diagnosis
She had built the site herself — how was she to know? A real professional, with an impeccable consultation, deserved an online presence at the level of her craft.

What we built
We rebuilt her site, on trust. She's happy now: social media, organic, and the traffic is starting to be solid and steady.

A real professional shouldn't also have to be a web developer. We build her presence at the level of her craft — that's all.

System Failure / Challenge

Occupational medicine, workplace safety and first-aid training (Sibiu, Romania). A WordPress site originally built in-house — functional, but with mobile bottlenecks: ~14s load time, Mobile Performance 45, a blog unused since launch and theme CSS blocking render. A real professional deserved an online presence at the level of his craft.

Active Protocol / Solution

We took over and re-optimised the whole site: Core Web Vitals performance (14s → 3.6s), pillar & cluster content architecture with interlinking, course sign-up forms, brand assets and the social media presence — fully managed by us. Full transparency: the mobile score (63) stays capped by the theme CSS, but the real waiting time dropped by 75%.

The performance jump happened in a single working day: Desktop Performance went from 78 to 96, and mobile load time dropped from ~14 seconds to 3.6. The rest — the pillar & cluster content architecture, course sign-up forms, brand assets and social media — is an ongoing collaboration, not a sprint. We still manage it today.

You will also see the mobile score of 63 — we report it just as openly: it stays capped by the theme's CSS, but the real waiting time, the one a visitor actually feels, dropped by 75%.
We don't publish individual client figures. What we can say honestly: MedHeka was a re-optimisation of an existing WordPress site, not a build from scratch — and that matters in the maths. Our public pricing grid lives at /preturi; every conversation starts there. We look at the site first, then give a number — not the other way around.
