MedHeka — from 14 seconds to under 4, in a single day
System Failure / Challenge
Occupational medicine, workplace safety and first-aid training (Sibiu, Romania). A WordPress site originally built in-house by the MedHeka team — functional, but with severe mobile bottlenecks: ~14s load time, Mobile Performance 45, a blog dead since launch and theme CSS blocking render.
Active Protocol / Solution
We took over and RE-OPTIMISED the whole ecosystem: Core Web Vitals performance (14s → 3.6s), pillar & cluster content architecture with interlinking, course sign-up forms, brand assets and the social media presence — fully managed by us. Full transparency: the mobile score (63) stays capped by the theme CSS, but the REAL waiting time dropped by 75%.
